Delete your account

You can delete your ghulmil account and its data at any time, either from inside the app or by emailing us.

In the app

Open ghulmil and sign in.
Go to the You tab.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email support@ghulmil.app from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. Include your username if you remember it. We'll confirm the request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account, profile, profile photo, bio, interests and saved location.
Your posts, photos, comments and poll votes.
The activities you host, and your join requests, waitlist places, saves and check-ins.

Copies in our backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What we may keep

We may keep a limited record of reports and safety actions involving your account for longer, where we need it to protect the community or meet legal obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
